The Robert Watson Lofts, located in the desired Roncesvalles Village, is a hard loft conversion, being a former candy factory.  The original building has  a soft loft addition, resulting in the merging two buildings.  The hard loft suites feature exposed brick, massive floor to ceiling windows, and original wood detailing and beams.  While the building itself offers few amenities, the wonderful location makes up for it.  The Roncesvalles neighbourhood, affectionately termed 'Roncy,' is a tight-knit community and family-centered neighbourhood.  It is near plenty of restaurants and shops, is walking distance to the Bloor-Danforth Subway line, all the while being in close proximity to both Sorauren Park and High Park.
