Parkdale is a recently-revitalized neighbourhood located west of the city between Bloor Street West to the north, the waterfront to the south, Roncesvalles Avenue to the west, and the railway and Dufferin Street to the east. Not long ago, Parkdale was once considered a sketchy part of the city, despite being one of the most desirable places to live in Toronto. With careful urban planning, Parkdale is again considered one of the more sought-after communities in Toronto.
