Welcome to our Thursday Morning Coffee email. I can believe itā€™s already March, time has passed so fast, spring is around the corner and we are seeing some interesting changes in the Real Estate market. Buyers are a little bit more confident, getting out there and putting in offers, however, we still have low inventory but we believe with the warmer weather we are about to see more properties for sale.
