Snowy days are finally here, and even though we experience this every year, I believe the first snowfall of the year is always very special. It means that the end of the year is only a few weeks away, the holidays will begin soon and finally, after 2 years of the pandemic, we will be able to get together with our families and friends, spend some much-needed time with them and celebrate the Holidays the way we used to.

This is also a great time to start thinking about your next move for the new year. In October, sales across the country increased for the first time since before interest rates started to rise. Although sellers and buyers are likely to return to the market, it is a very different market than it was just a year ago.
