Leaside
Leaside is consistently regarded as one of the more popular and desirable neighbourhoods in Toronto. Home to many well-established families, the neighbourhood is largely coveted for its proximity to parks, beautiful tutor and solid-brick houses, excellent schools, shopping districts, and TTC accessibility.

Along with Leaside’s high profile, its no surprise that its reals estate is one of the more exclusive and expensive regions in Toronto. Being home to many upper-income families, Leaside consistently remains in a high-demand neighbourhood for well-established families. While there is a good mix of two-storey detached homes, bungalows, and semi-detached properties in the neighbourhood, more and more homes have been undergoing substation renovations, resulting in an increased presence of two-story homes. Most properties have a private drive and are situated on a generous lot size. The majority of homes in the Leaside area were built in the mid 1900s, many of which are Tutor-style, have beautiful wood accents, and working fireplaces. In more recent years, a number of condominium and townhouse developments have risen on the fringe of the area, providing more opportunities for people to move into this great neighbourhood
Being one of the city's more affluent neighbourhoods, Leaside is in close proximity to the vibrant yet pricey Bayview and Eglinton area. A variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and specialty stores can be found along Bayview Ave. Residents also have easy access to a variety of greenspace, including, Sunnybrook Park and horseback riding stables, Blythwood Park, and nearby Sherwood dog Park and trails.
