Currently, the building if home to 86 hard loft suites. Being a hard-loft conversion, each suite is unique. Ceilings range from 9 to 12 feet high, and the majority of suites feature the desired aesthetic of authentic lofts, including, exposed brick, wood beam ceilings, large windows, and exposed ductwork. While the majority of suites do not have outdoor space, units on the ground and the uppermost floors have decks and terraces.
